Insights and Ideas: Cultural Tourism

The event will showcase interesting practice and encourage exploration and discussion on cultural tourism, featuring speakers from The Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and Year of Creative Scotland Creative Place Award winning organisations.  This event will offer an opportunity to network with academics, researchers and others with practical experience of working in this area.

Availability

Tickets for the event are free of charge, but spaces are limited and therefore must be booked in advance by booking your ticket and submitting your details as requested.  The event begins at 2pm and registration will be open from 1.30pm on 1 March.


What is ‘Insights and Ideas’?

Insights and Ideas is a creative café style meeting place for researchers, practitioners and policy makers.  The events take place on the first Thursday of every month, with each cafe focussing on a different topic.  This is a joint project organised by Creative Scotland and Museums and Galleries Scotland.  Follow the discussion on Twitter using #insightscafe
